Family Requirements

  • Must offer a minimum of 15 hours per week or more
  • Must pay a minimum of $20 per hour or more
  • Must be willing to employ Nanny 100% legally. This includes:
    • Paying your Nanny on the books
    • Issuing your Nanny a W-2 each year
    • Paying your Nanny hourly (not salary)
    • Pay your Nanny overtime
  • Must be willing to offer standard Nanny benefits. This includes:
    • Guaranteed Hours
    • Paid Vacation Days
    • Paid Holidays
    • Paid Sick Days
    • Mileage Reimbursement at the IRS Rate
