- Must offer a minimum of 20 hours per week or more
- Must pay a minimum of $20 per hour or more
- Must be willing to employ Nanny 100% legally. This includes:
- Paying your Nanny on the books
- Issuing your Nanny a W-2 each year
- Paying your Nanny hourly (not salary)
- Pay your Nanny overtime
- Must be willing to offer standard Nanny benefits. This includes:
- Guaranteed Hours
- Paid Vacation Days
- Paid Holidays
- Paid Sick Days
- Mileage Reimbursement at the IRS Rate
